“Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching." - Hebrews 10:25 At CrossWay, our community groups are home fellowships made up of 10 - 16 people who meet weekly or twice monthly for 1.5 to 2 hours to spend time in community, study Scripture, pray for needs, and encourage each other on mission. God has hard-wired us for relationships and we are each part of God’s plan to disciple one another. In Romans 15, Paul warns us that when we are isolated our faith becomes weak. We become discouraged and we lose hope. The remedy for this, is simple. As the author of Hebrews encourages us, “Let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.” We would love for you to join a Community Group here at CrossWay. These groups are designed to give you an opportunity to pour into others and allow them to pour into you. We will pray together, study scripture together, serve together, and spur one another on towards love and good deeds. The truth is that only through community are we able to “with one voice glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ."
Our church hosts a number of classes that meet here on campus. Come join us as we learn and grow together! Some classes also provide childcare – be sure to check the class details.
Joining a team is the main way to serve your fellow church body members here at CrossWay. If you have a special talent, skill, passion, or interest in any of these teams please click "Join this Group" to send a message to the group leader. "Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms." 1 Peter 4:10
